One spray is 1.75 ml according to the label. Amount per serving, proprietary herbal extract blend, 540 mg. Usage: 1-2 sprays to back of throat. Hope that helps answer your question.

Q: How long does this stuff last? Does it have an expiration date? Does it need to be refrigerated after opened?

It all depends, of course, on how often you use it, but each use is only 2 sprays. One bottle lasts me a long time. Yes it does carry an expiration date. My bottle reads 9/17. it will last me longer, but I've had a bottle long past the expiration date and it is fine. The main thing I like is it really works! No I don't refrigerate it.

great cold buster-kids love it!

The best cold buster ever...use BEFORE the cold. Spray all day long to keep the cold/sore throat away. The kids love it, it's sweet and not "spicy" so they will take 3 sprays no problem before they are off to school.
