Better that laser for me !!
Amazing product !! This product worked better than my $2000.00 worth of laser treatments. Really ! I bought this product to treat Sebaceous Hyperplaisia. The laser treatment worked but I had to keep going back for more treatments to treat remaining spots. I saw the great reviews for this product and decided to give it a try. The results are truly amazing. It shrunk the spots to almost nothing and I used it on my nose for large pores. The pores are very tiny now and I could not br happier. I use one quick pump of the product on to my palm, them with my index finger I take a tiny bit and put it directly on the Sebacous Hyperplaisia spots. With what is left over I smooth it over my nose. The Sebacous Hyperplaisia shrinks down to almost invisible, no more bumpy skin. This condition, SH can not be cured, it is a pore that has been damaged and will never recover. It is very likely that the treatment will need to be used in a continous routine. But, with the results having it as part of my regular skin care is a no brainer. The consistancey is unlike anything else I have ever used. It feels oily. I only use a tiny bit each time so the cost is not so bad. P.S. I am rarely impressed with cosmetic treatments this is the first one that really surprised me. Thanks Paula

It works!
Over the past couple of years I started getting skin tags, bumps, and dark spots on my neck. I tried lots of products that did not work and got the phone number for a dermatologist, but after online research read about this product. It was expensive for the small tube and I have sensitive skin, but it was my last try before making an expensive dermatologist appointment. Last dermatologist appointment about 8 years ago they froze and scraped spots off and then I had awful sores and red spots for over 6 months! My skin is sensitive and heals slowly. So I ordered this product before invasive therapy. This product has almost no smell and comes out like an oil and is easy to apply. After one week the bumps seemed less red, after 2 weeks the red was gone, and by 3 weeks it had cleared all the bumps and my neck was smooth again. Product is gone and I will order more. Would highly recommend this product!

My family likes it better than prescriptions
For those complaining too much comes out, the trick is to barely touch the pump. I do this and get out enough that a small area of the skin on my finger just looks shiny. That is truly all you need to spot treat. This stuff will last forever if you get the hang of the pump. Some people do well with aha, some with bha. My family tends toward oily, sensitive skin. I used a cheap 12% aha cream for under eye milia and to even out skin tone. It took a good month. I use this bha for spot treatment. I tried the cheap stuff from the stores without any improvement, but with this stuff one or two applications will pretty much ward off anything oncoming. My son has struggled with acne and went through the usual doxy and tretinoin. The doxy was great for awhile, but the tretinoin just made everything look angry so he quit it all. Now he uses this on any cysts and bumps and it works well, and unlike the retinoid it doesn't leave scars. Again, each person has to find what works for them. The trial and error is definitely no fun, and it sucks for the wallet.

Insane treatment for hormonal acne
As an hormonal acne person I love this! 10/10 use it daily all over use hylornic acid prior I use the one from image this on top and then moisturizer very little with tower 28 to top it off my skin has never looked so freaking good saw results after 1 week of consistent use! Make sure to let each product dry fully before applying the next product :)

Pricey but Super fast acting
It’s pricey but it works very well. My sebaceous hyperplasia responded really well to it. Very happy I bought it

Gimmicky as so many other PC products
This really did nothing for nose blackheads, spots/bumps here and there on the cheeks or chin. I have no idea what stubborn bumps people who rave about this product had, that this product could have removed so effectively. Confused! It seems as if the 4% BHA is just as effective or ineffective (depends on the bumps I guess) as this one, except you get over 3x more product and its a nicer texture. Paula's Choice has a few ok products, while the rest is as gimmicky as they come. As in they overpromise and under deliver! What a waste of money.

Way too runny!
Below is my original review but I upgraded to 3 stars after using it a week. I had previously received a sample in a tiny vial. I found I can pump some product into the vial and then pick up a tiny bit with a Q-tip and then apply it so I'm not wasting a bunch every time I use it. I still don't like that it doesn't dry and stick to the skin because you can only use it at night and it wipes right off on the pillow as soon as you roll onto your side. I'll use it til it's gone but still won't repurchase. I love Paula's Choice and I was so excited to see this product, especially because of the high percentage of BHA. I expected it to work really well, and much faster than the usual 2% BHA products you see everywhere. SO disappointed! You can't control how much is dispensed and the little pump pumps out way too much product for just one zit. Then it runs everywhere and half the product is wasted. Then it doesn't stay on where you put it. It runs off. Then the zit is still there after you wake up. THEN it costs WAY too much! The thick, cheap 2% gels are way better! I can't even believe it.

It is very effective and does work on skin white heads that are very stubborn and hard to get rid off. Recently my forehead area is getting more than few whiteheads and also large pores, I only used 3 times and has seen results. Fast and effective and also with very little irritation which I am very happy cause I got mildly sensitive skin. For very sensitive skin, I recommend once in every three days or so, but do make sure to test patch it in your arm. Which I did at the back of my hand.

I have never had good results until this product. I had some small white bumps around my eyes and lips called Fordyce spots and wanted a topical treatment that I could manage. My spots have completely disappeared and I honestly have never had anything that works. Absolutely blown away and I never write reviews either.

Recieved, however it expires within 4 months! I'm not impressed. For the price, I would have expected it would he good for at least a year.
