Took off one star cause they didn’t send my sticker or my mint spray. Had to reorder and pay a second time, no response for company. That said mouth guard is great and fits perfect and looks great.

After buying a few of the top rated "boil and bite" mouth guards on Amazon (for kickboxing) I had to try something custom as they all made me gag and were unusable to me. I ended up buying a custom Impact mouth guard and it's the first one that I've tried that I can use comfortably without gagging. I bought it directly from Impact rather than here on Amazon but it's all the same. After you order the mouth guard they send you a putty kit to make a mold of your upper teeth. You create the mold and mail it back to them to make your custom guard. Alternatively, you can go to a dentist and have a 3D model made of your mouth instead for a few extra bucks. The dentist will send the 3D model to Impact for a a perfect fit. From the time I ordered it took about a month before I got the guard. I highly recommend if you are like me and cannot use the cheap boil and bite mouth guards.
