I finally got around to using it and I was impressed considering the price and amount of string you get. I did not notice a difference between this an the OEM. In my opinion this performed better than the OEM version. The spool fit perfect and similar if not exact match to OEM. The string is a match to OEM as well. The auto feed function worked without any issues. Note if the spring isn’t attached to the cover just place it on the spool and then press the cover down onto the trimmer head and it will press the spring into place. Considering the number of spools/string, the flawless functionality, and price I would recommend this as a great alternative to the OEM. It exceeded my expectations. I have an older Black and Decker model and wasn't even sure these were actually going to be compatible. Not only are they compatible, they work wonderfully.
