Easy to swallow capsules. I am hoping these will help with my daily aches and pains as I get older. As I have only just started taking these, I cannot comment whether they are working or not.

Capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Just started taking so too early to tell re. benefits for pain relief. The only problem I found with this product is the container. Whilst small and compact, it took me ages to get the lid off and even now I really struggle to get the lid off. It's quite awkward - not easy for fingers/hands with arthritis/osteoarthritis. With a tic-tac top, perhaps the supplier could go one step further and make a flip opening at the top?
