Very powerful

This is a great Pre-Rince unit.Easy to instal and has been great for over a year now in a professional kitchen with daily abuse by my staff.I would buy this again.

This is in no way due to a misrepresentation of what was advertised, we simply thought you could take the old one off and put a new one on, as with most anything this is not the case. We ordered as a replacement for our commercial sink sprayer, this did not fit. After a trip to a plumbing supply store and spending another $88 we had the correct hose and connection. The sprayer itself was easy to detach from this unit and place on the correct hose. My recommendation is if you don't know what you need or are ordering, take the old one off and go to the plumbing supply and ask.

Bought this to go on our T&S sink along with the 'add' kit which allows you to have a hose connected to your sink. All products are T&S but they don't fit together. I'm unsure if the kit I got had the wrong fittings or if this is one of those products that requires you to buy 9 other kits to be able to install it all. 3 stars may change if I can find all the proper fittings because the hose and faucet seem like great quality.Update: after speaking with the company I have found that this requires another $80 of adapters (b-0412 & 034a) which is extremely frustrating. Other companies have the entire rig (hose, faucet, and wall mount) for under $200. I DO NOT recommend t&a brass to friends.

I needed to replace my KWC sink sprayer. The part would cost $287. I bought this commercial sprayer from Reliable (T&S) for much less including the hose. My first problem it did not have a 1/2 female connector on the hose. The adaptor was female to female where I needed a male to female 1/2 inch adaptor. I ordered the adaptor made by Reliable for ~$25. It used a taper thread instead of a washer system. That is ok by using a lot of teflon tape to get a good seal. However the exterior diameter of the adaptor did not fit in the overhead spring body. I had to take the adaptor to a machine shop to reduce the size. I wish Reliable made a more universal part so I did not have to spend $40 dollars at a machine shop. I think this commercial sprayer is great in my home but it is not for someone without the expertise to make it work using modifications.

Good quality

Works great. Only reason that I’m not giving 5 stars is because the plastic shower disc that the water passes through was too fine of a spray. I had to use the old one from the old sprayer.
