I ordered this cape for my Halloween costume(i dressed up as maleficent) and it literally made the costume. The cape is HUGE! i mean, i'm 5'5", 130 lbs and it definitely covered both of my shoulders, it reach about 5 inches from the floor and when i walked it billowed behind me for a VERY impressive look. The material is a soft, stretchy fabric that didn't wrinkle (added bonus!) plus it kept me warm during the night. it didn't have stitching in the borders but for this price, i really didn't expect it to. It honestly didn't' need it anyways, the fabric did not shred so the cape didn't have all the little pieces of thread you associate with unfinished fabric. overall, amazing cape! My husband dressed up as batman and used the cape that came with the costume but was super jealous of mine. It honestly made a difference, especially when i walked.

Much better quality than I expected for the price. It's not super thick, but just thick enough that it hangs well and billows when I walk. The only thing I was a little "Eh..." on is the fact that the shoulders of the cape are actually sewn to fit on your shoulders. It's hard to explain...like I was expecting it to be like when you were a kid and you used a bath towel or a flat sheet as a cape-but instead it's more like if you draped your jacket over your shoulders without putting your arms in the sleeves. Does that make sense? Anyways-it was not a Bad thing-just unexpected. I will need to re-plan a costume to accommodate the sewn in shoulders-but I can make it work.

I used these in my haunted house at my child's school. I dressed up some mannikins and put the hooded capes on them and stuck them in a row. The last one on the end was a real person and you couldn't tell the difference.. When the children would walk by the real person would reach out to try and grab them. It was great! The capes are long enough for a variety of sizes of people and the hood is extra long so that it completely covers a person's face when they're bending their head down. The cape has a nice drape to it. The price was good too. I think I bought six of them and was very happy. Each one was consistant in quality.

This is a decent cape for use as part of a costume. There is only one place to secure it at the neck and it uses Velcro instead of a snap, tie or buttons (poor cheap choice). While it stays attached, any force against it will cause it to come undone (how much money did they save by doing this vs. using a button or string tie? it just cheapened the product and likely cause some folks to return it) The fabric is fairly cheap but gets the job done. If you are under 5' 7" tall, this will drag on the ground when you walk, this cape is fairly long. YMMV

I am 5'6 and it almost touches the floor when I am wearing this. The guy in the picture must be tall (around 6 foot). It's a great length (long), the material is on the thin side, but that's perfectly fine with me. It covers my shoulders, the string closure works nicely, and the hood is really large as well, falls over my face and down to my chin if I let it. I have to pull it back. Overall, this is great for the cheap rice. Perfect for Halloween!

Nothing bad to say about this. It is good quality, is not too long for my height of 5'10, and it seems to be pretty good quality. If you need a cloak that wont wear out first use this would be a good choice.

These were very nice for the price I paid. I did not expect an upscale cape for a yardsale price. I ordered two capes, one for me and one for my boyfriend and the capes went all the way to the ground on both of us. I am 5'2" and he is 5'9". The hoods are large and drape beautifully. The capes are not heavy and thick which is what I wanted since I will be dressed in black layers for Halloween. They are thin and light weight, if you are looking for a thick heavy cape this cape is not for you. It is not too thin either. I will work just fine for my needs and at the price I paid I won't hesitate to "bling" mine up with spiders and skulls.

this is not a cheap cape. it is well made and it looks good. I am just short of 5 ft 10" and it goes down to about the ankles which is exactly what I wanted for my Guy Fawkes costume. worth the few extra bucks.

Pretty good for the price but is really thin. The string to tie it is good and I'm confident it will last for a while. I'm 6'0" and it fits me perfectly, if you're short you'll probably have to cut it or it will drag. Used it for a V costume and worked well. Arrived quickly and on time.

Best promotional item I ever purchased. It was worth every penny!
