A builder provided this post box (in dark grey) on our new house. The post box on our holiday home always had damp mail. It had a front opening. So I wanted one as good as the builder provided - the whole top opening access covered by a lid. Managed to find the same post box but in a lighter colour. Solidly built, so I expect it to last. The one provided by the builder is now 6 months old and it is still 'as new' - looking promising

It's a pig to fasten to the wall. Whoever designed this has clearly never tried to hang it on a wall, the screw holes are small so you can't get sturdy screws in and in an akward position so you can't get a screw driver on them.It feels fairly flimsy, I don't get the impression it will give many years of service.

Was very pleased with the packaging and delivery. The product is high quality. It is designed to be fitted to a wall but the optimum position for me was mounted on my iron bar gates so I modified to suit. I had to increase the size of the holes and added aluminium straps to the back to bolt in place. Looks and works a treat!! Not wild about the colour but it's growing on me - my wife likes it so I'm over ruled anyway

This letter and small parcel box has worked well for use. If you a concerned about others reading you mail, you can lock it. If left unlocked larger items can be left for you. This box has proved to be waterproof, unlike some.

Post ,also our postman didn’t have to bend down to the bottom of our door .great colour clay matches the walls .

Good postbox, good for small parcels if you don’t lock it, otherwise good for post up to A4 Jiffy bag size.

Looks good but whoever designed this postbox has obviously never tried to fix one. Unless you have a very ( very! ) short screwdriver you will have a real problem. The bottom two fixings are also incredibly difficult to get at. It needs to be remade with accessible fixings. Not rocket science to do. Let’s just hope it’s waterproof!
