Formula changed & the verdict is not good
I used to love this product until I ordered it recently and found out they changed the formula and the results aren’t good. Step 2 treatment use to have a smooth, creamy consistency with excellent results for months…i ordered the new formula Feb 2025, the consistency is rather watery and when you put it on the hair it starts foaming!? — results: TERRIBLE. Too late to return it so to the trash it goes. Please save your money and look for a better keratin treatment that isn’t a ripoff.

Le produit est arrivé très liquide il as pas du tout fonctionné je ne comprends pas du tous car j ai l habitude de le commander et de l utiliser et j avais jamais était dessus comme ça du coup je pense a en chercher un autre
