Great product, easy to install and use
This was really easy to install. Works really well on the pivot and the hose extends easily and retracts without any issue. We have ours connected to both hot and cold water for rinsing the dogs down after a muddy walk and have had no issues other than the dogs running away from us as they know what's coming!!

Brilliant
Straightforward, robust and simple To place on the wall. The product is great In comparison to a well-known brand that is three times the price. The handheld plastic sprayer is excellent. Do not leave outside in the winter as the next time you use it water go everywhere as the plastic will split.

Happy hosing!
Very happy with this. I have secured this at the front of my house and have installed a multi-hose tap at the rear, so I no longer have to drag a hose round the side of the house. Quality is really good and I'm just using the supplied nozzle. The reel is so far reliable and toggles between locked or winding with a firm yank of the hose. Good buy.

Hose retracts well and is fairly cheap (on offer)
I wish I'd bought one sooner. It was easy to fix the bracket on the wall and attach the reel to it. This makes it easy to remove and store over winter. The hose pulls out and retracts with ease. There's a rubber bump stop near the end of the hose to stop it retracting too far. Id keep the hose under some control whilst it retracts so that the rubber stop doesn't hit the reel body with force. I paid £44 on a deal. I'll be buying another if the price comes down again. It looks like there are other brands that look identical and each with a different price!

Save your money and dont buy this
I had the same problem that others mention here. Used this a couple of times about 6 months ago and 6 months later the spray gun is leaking water from all over the place. I have no idea whether there is a replacement for the spray gun or whether i need to buy a new water hose. Very UNHAPPY!
