I bought this because I found an old Spidertech packaged with a couple of pre-cut strips that I decided to try on each side of my knee. It really helped diminish my pain, gave good support and didn't irritate my skin or leave residue when I took it off. If you try and reposition the tape once it's on, it will become loose and not stay on as long. I'm very happy with this purchase and will buy again.

I ordered beige as on pic. But got blue. I want to exchange.

No ha cumplido mis expectativas porque se despega con mucha facilidad y no es fácil de cortar ya que no viene troquelado como otras marcas

After buying another brand of kinesiology tape, I realized I needed to ask the physical therapist what brand they were using to tape me up. I was happy to see it offered for sale here. It is made with a stretchy cotton that comes off 3 days later. I find it easier to remove right after a shower and follow it up with Acure Calming Itch and Irritation lotion to moisturize area. Going to be looking up Youtube tutorials for more uses.

I think this tape probably does exactly what it's supposed to, but it made my skin break out in a rather furious rash. Until then, I was happy with it, and I felt that it helped relieved the pain in my shoulder. I watched a lot of youtube videos to learn how to tape for shoulder pain, and even though it was a bit tricky, I got the hang of it and was happy with the results. I actually got a night's sleep without waking with incredible pain in my right shoulder, and that hasn't happened in well over a year. But then the rash showed up so I removed the tape, and haven't tried it again. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, so I was surprised when I had a reaction to it. To remove the tape I used an extra amount of shower gel, and let it and the running water do the work. I was able to painlessly and easily peel the tape off, going about it slowly and gently.
