This is a great hot chili oil
I received this THYA bottle of chili oil a week ago and have used it three times already. It is a tasty, spicy, smooth oil with a fresh, poignant taste. My taste buds are slightly compromised by a prior sinus infection but I still love my spicy food. There are so many uses for this. I put some on drained pasta before I sauce it to keep it from sticking and give the pasta an extra 'kick'. A few drops on and antipasto salad besides a high grade EVOO and red wine vinegar is great. On top of a bowl of chili, with or without additional hot sauce, chopped onion and shredded cheese, ramen noodles, and every time we carryout Chinese or Thai food that is listed as 'Hot" or Spicy but is always dumbed down for American palates. A few drops in the pan when you scramble your eggs, or a few drops on top of an egg poached in tomato soup a top a slice of Dave's Killer Bread 21 Grain toast is superb. You can find these oils for a buck or so less, but at this point in life, I want something I know and have enjoyed before. Give it a try and see if you agree.

5 Star Real Deal
Excellent olive oil, smooth, light, delicious with salad. Guys this is the real deal. No sticky texture, no heavy aroma, no trace of unwanted stuff, just clean pleasingly aromatic good olive oil. Very good value.. Will be a return customer for sure. Try it with Rosemary or oregano. Bon appetite! Thanks guys, keep up the good job.

Smooth, dark green, rich taste
We are so fortunate to have found this olive oil. Especially after being used to Costco olive oil in a large plastic bottle that is a blend from several countries. THYA is one of the best tasting olive oils in glass from one area in Turkey we've ever had the pleasure to try. After a long search for a quality, tasteful and rich tasting olive oil, we have found our olive oil nirvana in this brand., besides being affordable and readily available thanks to Amazon. Although, in all fairness, in a pinch, Costco has added a similarly organic brand glass bottle from California which is almost comparable to the smooth taste of THYA.

Nice mild flavor
This Thya reminds me of California Olive ranch, with its mild flavor and low acidity. It is completely unobjectionable. And I like it. I can recommend two other brands that have more olive flavor. One is Ellora Farms which is buttery and low acid. The other is Kouzini which has a slight burn as it reaches the back of your palette, and is a super value in the 3 liter tin. I like Kouzini the best. But sometimes I want a milder flavor. And for that Thya fits bill.

Seems like a good oil_I like it.
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.I bought the big bottle in Oct 2020. There is no harvest date on the bottle (which there should be). The Use-by-date is 4/22. Since it's the big bottle I poured half into a smaller dark green dispenser bottle and put the other half in the frig. It turned solid in the cold as it should, so not likely to be adulterated. It is now near the end of November, I have taken the remainder from the frig (which returned to original consistency) and am down to about 5 ounces remainng.I am far from an olive oil expert but read about it as much as I can.I Like it and will buy again if I can find out the current expration date.Pros: It is mild, seems unadulterated, is purported to be organic, has an acceptable best-by-date (about 18 months from purchase),Cons: Wish the harvest date was on the bottle. Wish both harvest and use-by dates were listed in the Amazon description.

First taste was off the side of the bottle! 🫒
Thank goodness it was wrapped and taped in bubble wrap.Very oily opening experience, as the seal had been breached.Tastes nice! Hope I don’t get Gastro-Intestinal reaction to whatever.Only three stars for clean up time.

Great quality, value and taste!
This is a delicious tasting organic EVOO that is single country source, and has a delicious fruit and pepper taste. I had bought two bottles from a specialist shop and replaced with this and my house full of adults all raved at this and thought it superior taste despite being less expensive.Overall this is my new, staple olive oil for daily use. The only thing I can't comment upon is freshness or if it's kept sufficiently cool during shipping from Greece, but it tastes good and is in a dark bottle as it should be.

Chili Olive Oil: Disappointment
I recently discovered chili olive oil and I have fallen in love. I purchased my first bottle this summer from a stand in front of a house where I spend my summer vacation. (Homemade) So spicy and delicious! I ran out a couple of weeks ago and figured I could find some on Amazon. I did my research and stumbled across this brand. I usually quickly sauté some onions in a pan before throwing my eggs in for breakfast, before I do that I drizzle some olive oil in the pan. My original bottle had a yummy kick and I was hoping this would taste the same, it does not. This 'chili' olive oil is not spicy in the least. I can't even tell that I use it. I am very disappointed. It has the right color but it has no heat whatsoever. If you want your food to have a kick, I suggest you pass over this brand. I will not be buying this again.
