It's sweet and perfect colour. Rotis turned out very soft and golden colour. It's naturally sweet

It makes soft roti some times and tough ones some other times. It does not come with consistent quality and I have come to this conclusion after consuming four or five 5kg packs recently. All atta will pass the three finder test I suppose, unless you add a little fevicol :D. So it becomes a decision on the basis of price vs quality, brand name apart.
