CBTL Stainless Steel Milk Frother

DO NOT BUY THIS CBTL Frother! The item was packaged and sealed yet upon taking it out of the packaging, it was completely in pieces and unassembled. Wires that should've been either soldered or connected at the factory were in complete disarray.I went to a local coffee bean that had this exact same item in stock and asked them if I could compare it to my unassembled one (I bought on Amazon). The one in the store was in completely different shape; it was assembled properly, no wires sticking out every which way, overall seemed fine and intact. So I returned the one I bought here and bought the one at the store hoping my problem would be solved... Nope. After only two uses the frother (same model shown here but the one I bought at CBTL in person) fell apart while taking the stainless stell pitcher out. The same wires that were disconnected and broken on the machine I bought here were now also exposed and broken on the same machine I bought at the local coffee bean store.Thankfully the coffee bean I went to was cool enough to to take my return with no hassle.There is some serious design flaws with this machine and it is very unfortunate because I wanted a CBTL machine that did both cold and hot froth.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED ON AMAZON. THE BOX ARRIVED INTACT. HOWEVER THE MACHINE WAS LITERALLY IN PIECES. SEEMS VERY CHEAPILY MADE. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN WITH ANY OF MY AMAZON PURCHASES.

Sadly, had to return this product. As the one reviewer stated, mine too was totally falling apart. I was so hoping that theirs was a fluke, but not so. All broken and wires hanging out.Verified Purchase

Ordered this twice and both times out of the box it fell apart. I had planned on buying these for 50+ locations. I like the design.
