Once again DuraSteel does it again. This is my 2nd stainless work table for a very specific reason and application. I was able to find the exact size I needed for my new HappyBuy 15qt. mixer. (See my review on that mixer). So here is a 130+lbs mixer on this stainless steel table and I couldn't have found a more stable and strong, durable work table. DuraSteel is a very common name throughout the world in commercial kitchens and on food prep stations. Easy to clean, sanitary and the little nook and crannies you typically find in other stainless steel tables are either, with specific design, NOT THERE or it's small places are easy to disinfect. The price is very reasonable for such a strong, excellent branded stainless steel table and in my case, the size was exactly what I needed. Very easy to assemble. I do, however, recommend that you use any brand THREAD LOCK on the set screws. There are 2 at each location and this is for added strength plus if you utilize either medium or strong strength thread lock during assembly. This will just ensure that peace of mind in situations like mine where there is a heavy mixer or any heavy tool that the table is intended for according to your needs. I had NOT ONE SINGLE scratch, dent or blemish that I keep reading about in other reviews. The stainless steel table came fully disassembled however, every single part was double wrapped and thoroughly protected by DuraSteel. Even the set-screws were separately packed in a plastic pouch and taped to the underside of the table for reliability to ensure they would arrive with the stainless steel table. A ALLEN WRENCH was also included, just to make sure you have a successful and full assembly of your DuraSteel stainless steel work force table. ***MEASUREMENTS*** Height - 34.25 inches Depth - 24 inches Width - 18 inches Note: The Width and depth measurements are of the very top finished part of the stainless steel table. Also, there are extra shelves you can purchase to add for storage and strength. Manufactured by DuraSteel. Very easy find on Amazon.com Easy clean with a half and half mix of white vinegar and warm water. This will leave no streaking or finger prints. There are also professional and commercial stainless steel cleaners and disinfectants. I hope this review will help you and I wish you a great day.

The unit is an INDOOR DuraSteel 18 in x 30 in SS top kitchen work mini island with casters. Kitchen is tight, so I needed an extra work surface and more storage. With the purchase of an extra DuraSteel shelf I was able to stably support/wedge in the added VEVOR SS 2-drawer unit. No hardware required. The unit specs are 17.8" W x 20.2" H x 12.2" D. It still left me the bottom (original) shelf, for more storage. BTW, the extra DuraSteel shelf runs only $33/from "returns". The VEVOR unit does leave some back and side space unused - it is 12.7 in to the units' 18 in depth. Not a big deal. You will notice that I placed the VEVOR unit off center. That is because I plan to "close off" the end gap in some manner to slot in a wooden chopping block. The drawers slide in & out smoothly, because of ball bearing hardware. BTW, I feel that the 18 in x 30 in DuraSteel top dimensions are an absolute minimum for a functional area to perform most kitchen tasks. Also, wheels are a must in a small kitchen. The unit is topped off with a Winco CBWT-1830 Cutting Board, 18-Inch by 30-Inch by 1/2-Inch. It fits great but slides on top of the SS top surface. My solution: DIYMAG Neodymium "finger" magnets as seen in the pics (left). These are super strong yet can be removed. They do stick to this SS surface to contain movement of the board. *** Feb. 24, 2025. I just modified the unit by organizing the "empty" space below the table top [around the added VEVOR drawer unit] via 2 sets of DuraSteel OPEN Work Table BASE Bracing. This is not the intended use by the manufacturer. This move required me to take off the top. HINT: DO NOT over tighten the horizontal sections until all are installed and checked for level. Really paid off. On one side I safely store cutting boards. On another I hang basic kitchen gadgets with SS hooks. And the back cradles a long rolling pin...

My wife keeps buying these for the medical laboratories that she manages. She then asks me to assemble them for her and load them into the car--which I do, even though these things are heavy, because she asks nicely--after which I never see them again. I've done this enough times to feel like I can leave a review even though I'm not the primary user. The one she gets is the 30x36 with caster wheels. This is a NICE table. It's heavy and solid and feels like all of the components are of high quality, even down to the stainless grub screws that affix the legs to the top and the shelf to the legs. The metal is thick gauge and sturdy, and the casters are very smooth and solid. Assembly isn't complicated, but you need to be careful to avoid cut or smashed fingers if (for example) the shelf slips before you tighten it down, and you may need help flipping it over afterward. The instructions are clear enough to follow without issue, and they provide an Allen wrench for the screws, though it goes a lot better if you have a ratchet and Allen sockets to use instead. Once assembled, the table rolls around nicely but also locks into place easily without having to stomp on the brake levers. My wife is very happy with how these tables fit and function in her labs, and says they have made a big difference. Overall I think this is a high quality piece of equipment and is worth the price.
