I'm a long time user of these frixion pens-- I have been buying them long before they were properly imported and localized in America. And I'll keep buying them until a better pen comes out, but it's been 19 years since these pens first came out and 15 years since I started using them, so I wouldn't hold your breath. These pens write so smoothly they'd probably win a smoothness contest against a baby's bottom. As someone in STEM (Computer Science / Data Analysis), these pens are a lifesaver. If your math teacher has ever forbid you from writing in pen in case you make a mistake, you can use these in full confidence that any miscalculations can be erased from the paper as easy as you'd clear the equation from a calculator. The ink erases so smoothly, that unless you push down really hard when you write, you won't even be able to tell anything was ever written. It's like the invisible ink you'd see in a cartoon. I also really like that the pens are thin, but very easy to grip. I have both nerve damage and oddly shaped bones in my hands and fingers, and these pens are the most comfortable pens I've ever written with. They're just big enough to hold and write comfortable, but small enough to maneuver away from spots that hurt when pressure is applied. They also come in a wide variety of colors. You have your standard black, blue and red, but also colors like silver, pink, green, purple, etc for all your color-coding needs. The only problem I've ever had with these pens is that as the ink is thermo-reactive, if you somehow manage to blow dry your notebook (do not ask about this), the ink will start to disappear. So as long as you don't blow dry your notebook, run it through a dryer, or leave it in a 120° car you should be fine. And if you get a pen and it doesn't want to write straight away, try freezing it. I'm not joking. Put your pen in the freezer for an hour and then let it sit at room temperature. I promise you it will write again. These aren't problems inherent to the frixion pens themselves, this is simply the risk inherent to any sort of erasable pen, so I don't count this as a reason to knock off a star on this product. That'd be like badly reviewing cooking oil because I left it in the pan too long and it started smoking. Overall, these pens will not disappoint you. And if for whatever reason they do, that just means more for me.

I bought two Rocket Book notebooks a few years ago (it's an erasable notebook, look it up, it's magic!). One of the pens I got with them just began to run dry (after 2 years, that's impressive), so I hit up Amazon to get a new one. Lo and behold, the mulit-colored pack was pretty much the same price as the all black set. I swear by these pens (and the notebooks). They write like a dream and wipe away like magic. The multiple colors are perfect for an OCD girl like me. Buy these ASAP. Seriously. (Please excuse the haphazard video, it's hard to record and erase at the same time ☺️)

Amazing pens!! These erase so clean. I was blown away. They're perfect for my planner. This has a good variety of colors and all erase with ease. They've come so far from the old blue and red options. I highly recommend.

These are seemingly the most affordable version of the Pilot thermal ink pens. I went for this pack based on the variety of colors. They are cheaply constructed and have no frills such as clip for hanging them on paper or rubber comfort grip, etc. That said, the pens are smooth for writing on both paper and in my Rocketbook, and are not so cheap as to be flimsy or inferior in any way. They each have an eraser nub on their cap, which I find to be much more useable than the eraser on the Pilot Frixion Ball pen my Rocketbook came with. The erasers seem to be a different rubber than the Ball version. They work super well when used in a lightly pressed and high speed erasing movement! The ink on all three colors is flawless so far. For the color selection, number of pens and price, this pack is the most value I've found from Pilot as a Rocketbook user looking for cheaper price than the Frixion Ball or refills with 3 colors rather than the black or blue bigger bulk packs of pens or refills. I'd have like clips on the pens, but I ended up gluing my own on so whatever. The silver clip on the blue pen (and the rubber sleeve grip) is my addon, not included, sorry! Easy DIY with some super glue and an old pen to salvage.

I love, love, love these pens. They write smoothly, and comfortably. They erase cleanly. I live them for my planner. No crossing out plans. When plans change I can erase and rewrite. All the benefit of pencil with the fun and color of pen. Love them.

I love these pens! They fit nicely in the hand and write beautifully. I only gave 4/5 stars because I'm worried that because of their size the ink might not last as long but so far so good!

This pack of pens must have been very old stock cos I onlynused the pens for 3 days and 5 pens ran out of ink! Seller should have been more honest to indicate that the pens are old stock and allowed customers to decide if they still wish to go ahead with this purchase. Extremely disappointed with the waste of money.
