What a great product. Self-adhesive velvet fabric. So many uses and you get a lot of fabric for the price. Enough fabric to make mistakes, which happens to most crafters. I used the velvet to create a picture frame. The velvet makes the print look fancy and elevated. Because of the texture and color and thickness of the fabric, you can't even see the seams. The fabric is sticky but there were a few times when I accidentally stuck it to itself and was still able to peel it apart and use it on the picture mat. It retains its stickiness if you need to remove it and try again. Highly recommend.

I recently tried out the Self Adhesive Felt Fabric in black (17.7" x 78.7") for a few DIY projects, and it turned out to be a pretty handy material. Nice product. Material is of good quality and the adhesive is impressive. Used it to line a jewelry drawer. Looks good and would buy again.

Works but very thin.

Good product

I decided to eliminate my big honking jewelry armoire and line the shallow top drawers of my dresser for my jewelry. Bought some jewelry trays of various sizes and this fabric. Was a little disappointed at first. I was envisioning soft, plushy fabric reminiscent of my 1972 Homecoming dress, but this was definitely not that luxurious. It’s not felt, either. I’d describe it as flocking. The fabric is very thin and not plushy or cushioning at all. When applied, it is soft to the touch, but firm with no give, if that makes sense. So, I used it anyway and I am glad I did. The trays I bought might not have fit if the liner was any thicker, and after I got the drawers lined I decided I really liked it that way. The fabric was relatively easy to work with and probably would have cut easily if I had had a utility knife that was sharp. Just used a scissors. It was pretty forgiving, somewhat repositionable, and adhered well. Didn’t fray or shatter like actual velvet does. So, all ended well, and I may order some more for another project.

This felt liner was super thin, exactly what I was looking for. Because it was thin it was super easy to cut and it felt pretty good. Short pile was exactly what I was looking. My biggest gripe with it was the adhesive. It sucked so bad anything I put it onto it just came right off. Had to return it.

The packaging was a bit excessive - a huge box for one tiny roll. But it arrived very promptly and was perfect for the job I had in hand - resurfacing a small games table.
