Good information for keeping sheep.

I purchased this book at a point where I was about to purchase a small number of sheep as a hobby. Whilst the book was informative most of the references relate to the Environments in the USA so it was of limited value.

I got it for my 8 year oid

A well written and presented book. Aimed primarily at the American market it still offers some good advice and a lot can be gained by reading this book and having it for reference. A useful addition to a novice's library although I wouldn't want to pay full price from a book shop for it. If you can pick it up at less than face value then I reckon its worth having around.
