My story - I did not have any expectations that this would do anything. But I trusted the research on it, so I took it (2 pills before each meal). This product is unlike anything I have ever used before. I have spent hundreds of dollars on weight loss help products and wasted so much on products that just don't do their job. I took this product a little over a decade ago & saw major improvements! In appetite control, and other areas plus my pant sizes shrank! So I ordered a second bottle, which was totally different! The pills smelled different and tasted different and didnt work so I gave up! Here I am about 3 days in on this new journey & it has already started to curb my appetite! First and foremost, we know everyone's body is different. What works for one doesnt work for the other. This pill doesn't dissappoint. I had originally bought these type of pills at Costco years ago however when I recently tried buying them again they no longer had them...did my research and bough these on Amazon. These pills helped me stop my cravings and helps me eat smaller portions I take one 30 min before my meals 3 times a day. Be prepared to drink a lot of water with these pills. I do exercise and I do watch what I eat I'm not a junk eater dont drink soda or juices either not my thing. I gained weight due to health issues but these pills have helped me out a lot doesnt constipate or give diarrhea either I was at 190 and within 2 months people noticed my weight loss. Took me 2 weeks for my body to react to these pills. I love them and I hope these pills work for you like they worked for me.

Tried garcinia Cambodia around 11 years ago and it worked so much better. This just doesn't seem to be as strong as i hoped it would be.

This is my first review on anything... Ever. I haven’t lost 1 pound... I have been taking this supplement for over a month... and this is expensive!! I would have hoped to have at least lost 5 pounds! I upped my work out and stopped eating junk food for the most part! I feel worse than ever. Even my appetite doesn’t change at all on this supplement. I’m sorry to say this is really not worth your money :( Some placebo pill they are selling for a quick buck sadly

I prefer this brand of serotonin-raising Garcinia because it doesn’t contain chromium, (which for me creates a caffeine like jittery/bathroom urgency effect). I take 1-3 capsules 2-3 times per day (more in morning) along with same amount of high dose hoodia (creates fullness feeling) and am losing a steady 1.5 lbs. per week, (9 lbs in 6 weeks) with less snacking and smaller portions. For those who are concerned about the price- remember that you are eating fewer groceries so it balances out! If it’s not working, try upping the dose and stick with it longer- a few weeks, not a few days. Bad snacking and overeating habits can be stubborn to break. Excellent, high quality brand!
