STANTON – it had been one of those reads I devoured at the pool and on the beach – and it stuck. I loved the story and everything Cameron Stanton, and learning that he and Ashley would get a novella-sized epilogue I felt giddy all over! The ending of the first book was perfect, but the prospect of once again immersing myself in their world and their happiness had me on cloud nine. I inhaled this book, fell right back into everything Stanton and swooned countless times. And as much as I love Cam’s domineering and protective ways – there was one character I fell for even harder: Owen. God, their little boy is just everything! And him interacting with Cam…? Perfection! And Cam – his creativeness when he proposes (I think the title is hint enough that this is not a spoiler) and him time and again losing romantic points because he just cannot help saying something inappropriate and crass – this man is the whole package! Then there are their pranks in the elevator, I soooo loved them in the first book and couldn’t wipe the goofy grins off my face realizing they were still doing it. It’s hilarious!I’ve said it already, but I will say it again: TL Swan is one of those authors I wish more people knew about. She is extremely talented, her writing funny, sexy with compelling storylines and intriguing real characters. I thought I’d had it bad before, but no...I had no idea the depths that my heart or my crush for this man could go.This epilogue was comical, heartwarming, sexy, naughty, and so absolutely freaking amazing.All I wanted to do was wrap my entire existence around these two the entire time I was reading. I was smiling so hard by the end my face was hurting. Tears of joy fell from my face, I laughed out loud, my heart felt the pings of joy, and that constant voice in my head going, “This man is hotter than sin” was resonating the entire read.Don’t hesitate for a not even a nano second. Just the icing to my cake after book one. This is not just a simple Epilogue that you get at the end of a book that takes place years later. You get a full description leading up to events that happened at the end of Dr Stanton. TL Swan has out done herself with this follow up. I really really loved it. Dr Stanton was good, but this just perfected the storyline. I’m sure if you have been lucky enough to have read her books, you know how talented she is and won’t pass this read up. BUT if you are new to her writing, and want to check her books out, I highly suggest reading these two books together, along with the first four books in the series, as this is a spin off duo. I think we all needed this Epilogue due to all the ups and downs we had to go through in Dr Stanton, such a great way to end their story. Ahhhh what else can I say. I FREAKING LOVED IT!I have no complaints on this book. It was sweet and loving the whole way through. I liked that we got to hear a little bit more about their careers. I liked that it was family focused but even more so between Cameron and Ash. You get all the good feels in this book that redeemed a lot for me from book 1. Book one was great but some stuff happens that gets you so mad, you just need the characters to fix it and they do in this 200 plus pages of Epilogue. I can’t say enough good things without spoilers.
