We've only had it a day or two but so far it is working great and was basically ready to ride out of the box.Update! 2/24/2020 - The charging port inside of the hoverboard got loose and now won't hold a charge. I have reached out to the manufacturer and distributor since it is under the warranty. I started this conversation early Feb and the last communication I had with them was two week ago and I still have an unusable hoverboard. Since I am being ignored I figured I would update my 5 star review and bring it down to very poor communication and not standing behind their warranty. The manufacturer completely ignored my inquiry and the distributor pinned me on the manufacturer.
