And they only cut full inches, not 1/2 or 1/4 etc etc. They didn't charge more to cut them though, so that's nice, I guess. **Q: Is there a minimum thickness for the glass or acrylic insert?** A: It will only accept 1/8" glass or acrylic **Q: do these windows come with an outside and it inside.cap?** A: There is no "cap". It is necessary to cut a 45 degree angle joint at each end of the channels and assemble with the "corner Key" which is inserted into the internal cavity at each channel end. **Q: Once you frame the glass how do you attach the frame to a window?
