I take these daily and really like the ease of taking these capsules as opposed to a store-bought hard pill. They are a great size and provide great health benefits. This size of packaging makes them a good value to me.

If you suffer from cold sores, take this daily. Is a great product. I’ve taken for a year and a half and had one since starting. Easy to take. Good value for your money.
