easy to set up, great quality
Bought this item for New Years Eve Party, worked better than expected, easy to use, simple set up, the only down fall was the Aux line out cable provide was causing audio issues, switched to a better higher end cable and all was great. Highly recommend seller, and product.

calling vocopro for help in setup was quite an adventure. It took 3 calls before I got a representative that was competent and explained how to get it working. The other 2 were not helpful, and one actually told me I couldn't set it up the way I wanted to, and told me to purchase a different model. Thank goodness I tried again and got an easily understandable employee who walked me through setup.

Worked only for 2 days
Bluetooth stopped working after 2 days. Returned the unit. Extra star is for ease of return with no hassles.

Surprisingly Good!
Purchased as a gift for the family after looking through various models for hours. When it showed up and I was surprised by how small the actual karaoke device was but was pleasantly surprised how well it sounded. One drawback was remote control was not in the package, but customer service resolved within a few days.I would recommend this product and great to see how many hours of use it is getting from family and friends. Great value overall.Quality of the product 9/10. Could have a little more feature variability and options but overall the microphones, karaoke mixer and stand work excellent.Customer service 8/10. Very polite and issue of no remote was resolved within a week. Only miss was no confirmation email or follow up communication to let me know issue was being resolved.Value 10/10. For a reasonable price point, this is generating great experiences with friends and family.
