Out beats any OTC products. Be careful not to put it on Any cuts or scratches that haven't healed. I use this one and the cryoderm (cold) gel, at different time obviously, both work fantastic!!!! Helps with muscles spasums in my lower back and rotator cuff surgery pain in my shoulder. During the day I can do my regular housework, cooking, laundry, etc. just like everyone else. Not bad for someone pushing 70 with "itis" issues.
