Beware rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa)
Use this product for a MAX of 3 days. I used it for a week and ended up getting rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa), which was arguably worse then the original congestion. It's a good medicine if you need a quick fix for a plane flight. But be careful.

If you tried a lot of different nose sprays and you couldn’t really breath after 3 hours, than use this. More than 10 hours a free nose, works after seconds. Best one!!!

Foreign language
The packaging and including the pamphlet inside as to dosage, everything was written in a different language, not English. Can’t make out the dosage can’t make out how often to use, etc. Can’t even make sure that the drug is in there because it doesn’t read his such. European packaging from Turkey.

Xylometazoline which is better than other nasal decongestants for long time use if necessary. This is product by GSK and made in Bulgaria ( writtenin Bulgarian)
