This TANNAT Wine is made from 100% tannat grapes, which were harvested during the second half of September. After 15 days of maceration with skins and gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is let to mature slowly in 100% French oak barrels for 12 months before being transferred to the bottle. Tannat has matured so well in balance with its tannins and its phenolics, it was decided by our team to bottle Tannat alone.

This immensely inviting TANNAT Red Wine has a steak-friendly bright red color with a nice aromatic first nose with plum, fig and smooth cherry. The second nose is more about plum and redcurrant with vanilla and coconut. TANNAT Wine making team uses calculated winemaking techniques, including early extraction and meticulous temperature control to bring its delicate flavor to life. It has a nice balancing acidity and a rustic and fruity consistency with firm ripe tannins to provide an incredibly smooth mouth feel across the palate.
