Great Product
Great Product, it works as described. make sure you clear out all your stuff from walls and floors to make it easier to apply. It's literally as simple as spraying water, just get a pump sprayer (not a used one with bug chemicals in it), use the sprayer to dampen the floor/wall with water, then use the sprayer to coat the floor/walls with radon seal, before it drys recoat with radonseal again....easy! My basement was floating around 13+ for Radon measure by an electronic radon meter, I applied the radon seal and vented the basement for over a week and used a dehumidifier to get the moisture out and help dry. After I closed the basement back up I'm now around 8 for radon, but the high levels I'm sure are because I still need to cover my sump pump pit which has open dirt around it and my radon tubes don't have fans yet, so I still have some work to do but the area where my carpet is at and the exposed walls I feel i don't have to worry about since I put radon seal down before they installed the floor.

Easy to use
Easy to apply with a sprayer and sealed using little product, I had a lot left over. It left a white milky staining but appears to have done its job. Was not as costly as other sealers.

Good product, great customer service
Product comes in a pail with convenient pour spout. Is easy to apply with no apparent fumes (stated to have zero VOCs). Coverage depends entirely on the porosity of the concrete. I have already seen short term radon levels drop to levels I have not seen before. Outstanding customer service with rapid response to any inquiry.

Not as described
The product was easy to apply and I applied two coats at the appropriate conditions as stated on the label. However, three months later after a heavy rain there was visibly moisture seeping through the wall just the same. Even on the basement floor moisture could be visibly detected. I had to apply Thoroseal to seal the area which did a better job. Don't waste money on this product. Sounds great but performs poorly.

It was fairly easy to apply
Time will tell. I have noticed the humidity seems controlled and the dust in the basement, overall, seems reduced. The product has left a lingering odor that is slowly dissipating. It was fairly easy to apply, the most time-consuming part was preparation of the concrete basement floor. A sprayer was used to apply, followed by a kitchen mop (not string, pad style) to clean up excess overspray. The mop helped to push the solution into the concrete. Coverage was consistent with manufacturer's estimate.

Easy and does the job!
We used this product to seal a newly laid concrete garage floor. We bought a spray device for $12 on Amazon to lay the sealer, and it was easy and perfect. The amount of sealer was perfect for a three car garage with some left over. Would definitely purchase again.

Good product
Worked great for my driveway. We had a new driveway poured and were still tracking concrete dust in the house after one year. I read reviews and thought I would give this a try to see if it would help. I am not sure about its use regarding radon, but it certainly stopped the dust from being tracked in. We also had some cracking and popping of the concrete in the garage prior to using it but have had none since.

Seemed to work just fine. Follow the directions.

Packaging doesn't do a very good job telling you the square footage, and the smell is a little off-putting.

I got this because I was finishing my basement and I was getting radon levels averaging 220 Bq/m3. Canada health recommends under 200 and the WHO recommends under 100 Bq/m3. Several weeks after using it my basement is now averaging adding 70Bq/m3. I'm not sure if you can take that info and say it lowered it by 35percent or if it just lowered it by 150 Bq/m3 but it's a lot cheaper than a vent system still if day it's worth a try. Also it was really easy to apply
