This is an essential supplement to replace depletion caused by statins. The bioavailability of this brand is excellent and they are easy to take as they are capsules that seem to be coated with some sort of low friction coating.

Taking to hopefully help with heart, as a part of aging. Studied special ed - was taught - in order for a our comments not to be etched in stone - use phrases like: “Appears to” and “Seems Like” which equals - just one opinion. Yet often reviews are not allowed. For Me: - it Appears according to latest labs, taking this form of CoQ10 and Omega3, cholesterol is lower. Wasn’t above normal, but creepy up over the past few yrs. Personally, DFH is a favorite - but because of the rising cost - lately - going a cheaper route on some items.

These pills are on the larger size, but easy to swallow. I like that there is no aftertaste or stomach upset with them.

This product was recommended to me by a Nutritionist, and I have not had any negative side effects from it.

I have used the Designs for Health products for years. I was shown to be non reactive to their brand when tested by my acupuncturist. I have migraines, so this is a very important consideration for me. I recently put this supplement on the Subscribe & Save program. After only 1 or 2 months of being able to receive the product under this program I have been notified the seller is no longer able to supply it in this manner. Major disappointment.
