BOSCH 69458 Original Equipment Electric Fuel Pump - Compatible with Select Porsche 911, 924, 944, 968; Saab 900, 9000; Volvo 240, 244, 245, 740, 745, 760, 780, 940, 960

I installed this pump on a 1988 Porsche 944. It arived on time and in one piece. It included the hardware needed and was a perfect fit. The price was substantially lower than auto parts stores and other online outlets.

Bosch. Original new. Works great. Came with the check valve. Wish I had known as I bought that separately. Direct fit replacement. BETTER check your suction hose to the gas tank to make sure not brittle or cracked. If it is the original, replace it or you will be doing it in no time. Get a fuel filter since it is right next to it and do both at the same time.

The manufacturers box seal had been cut and the box opened. Pump worked but the opened seal gives an uneasy feeling.

Careful if for a 1986 911 3.2l !! Then pump uses more than the 10amperes allowed by the DME relay. So in time the relay is rendered useless.

I've been working on Porsches for the better part of 15 years and I was pleasantly surprised to find the correct part on Amazon where other parts retailers LOVE to put the Porsche markup on Bosch parts. This was for a friend's 1983 944 with MOTRONIC. FYI, this pump should work on most MOTRONIC cars so it's a real easy replacement. Bookmarked for my next project.

I put this on a project car (83 Porsche 944) that currently only moves around the shop. All the fuel was drained from the tank and fresh ethanol free gas was put back in the tank at the time of replacement. Pump is dead a little over a year later. Fit fine though and was a direct replacement.

This fuel pump fit and was surprisingly easy to install everything works as it should so good price good fix.

Fits ‘85 944. Quality of original

I installed this on a 1983 944, a car I only drive a few times a year. It died on the highway after two years and less than 1,500 km use.

Installed this pump on my '84 911 and it is an exact replacement. I measured the running current draw at only 3.8 amps. - well within spec.

Was supposed to fit 94 Volvo 940 but it didn’t. Returned
