Only thread I use now
Was happy to find such a large spool of this thread. This #22 color is one I use on a regular basis. Perfect for many sewing projects. Great price and the polyester performs very well in my sewing projects. Only brand I purchase for the fine quality.

The best thread for quilting
This is the best thread I have used for quilting. The spool is perfectly formed - which may sound silly - but other spools of thread are constantly caught by the thread notch on the spool at random times as I am sewing. This is super annoying, as I must stop and start again. Gutermann has no notch on the spool and the thread moves easily through the machine - no matter what speed I am sewing. I am slowly building up my color collection of Gutermann.

Package?
The thread is great. The 5 spools of thread were in a box big enough for 2 pairs of tennis shoes! Crazy. Not sure why. If it had been packaged correctly, it would have fit on my mailbox. Just crazy.
