Item arrived with no chimney
I am extremely disappointed with this item. There was no chimney with the item. It wasn't broken in the box, it was sold to me like this, which is a disgrace. The item was described as "New". I'm afraid it wasn't.

Arrived a little damaged.
It arrived within two of ordering but arrived with the chimney broken. Had to superglue it back on as it was a Christmas present.

Very Christmassy and nice that you can turn off the music! Very good firm to order from, we had a problem with the first one they sent, but was issued a returns label and a new one one was sent very quickly that worked perfectly
