Review: Excellent case - The case is well built and looks great. I would have preferred that the glass be clear rather than tinted, since I have a lot of RGB and neat-looking components in there (why else would you want a transparent case?). The tinting isn't too dark, though, and you can still see the internal components pretty well. I read a few reviews claiming that this case was made of cheap metal and plastic... I've built dozens of computers over the years and have yet to build one in a case that isn't made of thin metal, plastic, or (usually) both. On a more serious note, the materials used are not what I would call "cheap". I've worked with cases that had thin plastic parts that would break at the slightest touch, and metal so thin that it would deflect and dent extremely easily. The metal on this case is thin, but not to the point of being very weak. The plastic parts on this case are of decent thickness and shouldn't break too easily. So in the end... Will it make a good step-stool for a 220 lb guy to change out a light bulb? Probably not. Will it stand up to a few typical bumps and "oops", and look good for a long time if cared for properly? Definitely. This case allows for excellent cable management. All my cables are neatly hidden between the mounting plate and the back side. My mainboard has a 8-pin and 4-pin at the top corner (near the I/O panel) that were a beast to get connected (the cables were just barely long enough to reach), but that's really more of an issue with the cables that came with my power supply rather than this case. The fans look amazing and they're very quiet. As others have noted here, they run off a molex connection, so they'll always run at one speed (you'll have to replace them if you want fans that will vary their speed). The RGB looks great and there are tons of modes for this. As far as cooling goes, I've had no issues so far. I'm running a 3700X on a stock cooler, 32gb gskill trident Z neo 3600, 2 M.2 drives, and twin XFX RX580 cards. I've seen CPU temps up to 69C and GPU temps up to 76C during heavy gaming, but the case seems to be sending that heat out fast enough to compensate. One thing that caught me off-guard on this case was the lack of drive bays. I was so busy trying to make sure the case I selected would be right for my new build that I completely ignored this fact. Not a huge deal, really, since I can get an external enclosure for my blue-ray/dvd drive for just a few bucks... it did mean that I had to plug in the drive outside of the case to install drivers from a DVD (funny enough, I think that was the first time in 3 years that drive was used anyway).
Review: Customer service won me over. - UPDATED: This is a great starter case. It's not top of the line but you get great value. Originally I was less than thrilled because the case, while it does look great, does not have a ton of space for wire concealment. I would recommend looking for a bigger case if you have multiple hdds alongside a power supply with alot of extra cables. I'm currently using the removable hdd compartment for the extra power supply cable storage because there's not much room else where. If you only use ssds you'll be just fine. The fans didn't last long for me. One began grinding and the others' rgb light shut off entirely, this is when I decided to write a negative review because it felt like I bought a very cheap product until I was reached out to by the customer service team almost immediately and they offered to compensate to make things right. They also respond so quick I that I have missed they're messages for multiple days lol. That, to me, is top notch customer service and I really do think that this is a great value when coupled with the asthecially pleasing case. It does look nice and premium when you have the fans going. You can upgrade to higher quality fans later also which I'd probably consider at some point but I may have just had a bad batch. The case, even with the faulty fans, has remained cool and the grindy fan i can tap a few times to get it to stop so its not even bothersome while waiting for a new set in the mail. Overall the customer service won me over. Highly recommended.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost perfect case, but one major flaw that is thankfully easily fixable.
*by I***E on September 11, 2020*

I bought this case as a replacement to my NZXT S340 since the front USB ports and power button stopped working on it. And I have to say, it impressed me when I first booted up my PC with it and it has good things going for it being at it's price point. It has plenty of fans that are plugged into a hub in the back of the case, so you don't need to plug them into your motherboard, and they have awesome RGB that can be controlled simply with a button on the front panel of the case. There is also plenty of room to work with since I was able to fit all of my parts in it perfectly without issue and clean up the cables well. My build will be listed at the bottom of this review for those interested or have a similar build in mind. The one and only major flaw this case has from my experience lies entirely in the design of the front panel. The air intake is incredibly bad due to the fans being pushed right up against the front panel and air is only brought in through the small vents on the left and right of the panel, which doesn't do a good job of producing good airflow whatsoever. I knew something definitely had to be wrong when my temperatures were much higher than they should have been and the side panel was so hot you could barely touch it, that's not even an exaggeration. I fixed this entirely by unscrewing the thumb screws and taking out the tempered glass from the front panel, giving the fans in the front panel complete and direct airflow instead of the small restricting vents, then putting a dust filter in front of the fans. This caused my temperatures on both my CPU and GPU to be drastically better. My CPU liquid cooler temps went from 60C-70C to 40C-55C on high loads and my GPU went from 75C-85C to 60C-65C on full load. My idle temps also improved, with the CPU going from a rapidly fluctuating 40C-55C to 20C-30C and my GPU going from 45C-55C to 30C-40C. Overall, it's a really nice looking case and I would recommend for those who have no problem getting around this issue, but had I known of this issue before I purchased this case, I likely would have looked elsewhere. My build with this case: Motherboard - Z370 AORUS GAMING WIFI (rev 1.0) CPU - Intel Core i7 8700 @ 4.3 GHz w/ CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2 GPU - GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3080 EAGLE OC RAM - 32GB Corsair Vengeance 2666 MHz DDR4 PSU - GAMEMAX 850W Modular Power Supply Storage - 1 SATA SSD, 2 SATA HDDs, and 1 NVMe M.2 SSD
