Comfortable and Effective
My husband now has to use incontinence pads due to ill-health. He has had other pants to contain the pads and these have caused him a lot of discomfort, At last we have solved the issues, these pads are perfect, plus they are washable.

Tendercare Nateen. More than just incontinance pants
These are the perfect size for me. Use them to hold dressing in place at top of leg. Only things that will work. Unfortunately they are out of stock just now so I am having to spend time in bed until they are back in stock.

Perfect for post-natal use
When I was preparing my hospital bag towards the end of my first pregnancy I read a lot of "what to take" guides which pretty much said "buy the biggest pants you can find for after you've given birth". So I did. But I didn't wear any of them, because they were just so uncomfortable. The hospital gave me a couple of pairs of these "netty knickers" and I lived in them for about two weeks, washing and drying the other pair each day. With my second baby I didn't bother buying any regular pants, I bought these mesh pants (using a size guide I found via google). I'm really pleased I did because although the hospital did give me a couple of pairs again, they were a size smaller than these ones and they were a bit tight (I was a size 14 pre-pregnancy). With ten pairs in the pack I had plenty (although they do dry in less than a day) and they were great for holding the maternity pads in place. They were also large enough to pull up over my bump to avoid rubbing on my c-section scar, which I don't think even the biggest of granny pants would have managed!
