Staedtler Set 125 M36 36 Colors Dilshan Watercolor Pencil

These are the best watercolor pencils I’ve found. Incredible colors, triangular shape (ergonomic) and works beautifully alone or with my regular watercolors paints. They’re fun to use, blend and build colors (although they are very pigmented)and I’ve even been able to mix these pencils to creat transition colors when drawing peacock feathers, trees, whatever. I love painting with watercolor paint but these are incredible w/c pencils. Sometimes I just feel like drawing and these are a dream to use wet or dry. I am amazed every time I use them. They work better than many brands of watercolor paints I’ve used. These are a great addition to have in your art collection and they are absolutely worth the price!

I love my watercolor pencils. As a beginner I like to be able to sketch something and then use a brush with water and let the colors pop.

This is a really set of watercolor pencils. The range of colors is broad. The colors have good pigment. They react well to water.

I purchased these water color pencils for outlining my artwork. It is much better than using Graphite and erasing. With the stroke of a brush the colors blend in. So, these pencils are durable and performed as expected.

I don't know if these will be offered at this price range again (I paid between $14 and $17 on Amazon), but after the first shipment, I bought two more sets; one for my daughter and an extra set for me. Why are they so good? Well, first, they give up their colors or "melt" so to speak better than other major brands we've tried. Second--they don't break easily. Third--the 36 colors cover almost every situation, so there's less blending needed to make a new shade.

I love the quality of these pencils! The colors are vibrant and rich, the "feel" when it hits paper is smooth and buttery. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. The only complaint I have was that this SH*@T was expensive, but at the end of the day its all about quality and these pencils are the definition of quality. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR - THIS PRODUCT IS WORTH THE COST!

I love these. I have been using coloured pencils for over 25 years now but all of the watercolour pencils I have tried in the past were pretty naff and put me off using them. These however work beautifully as a watercolour pencil. I drew and shaded my picture first and then gently washed parts of the picture with a wet brush, the pencil strokes instantly turned into watercolour which was easily blended. Delightful. I would advise anyone starting out to be careful if you want to blend very dark colours into lighter ones, you could end up with a muddy result. I find the best thing to do in this case is to leave a patch of white between the colours and carefully blend the colours into the white - just a method I use. I wouldn't use these pencils purely for a coloured pencil shading drawing/exercise because they are too soft. Also if you use them on textured paper the colour really catches the grain of the paper. I would only use them on textured paper if you want to take advantage of the watercolour element, or if you want a 'grainy' pencil effect. They aren't really suitable as an all round colour pencil in my opinion. The pencils are presented in 2 layers (a good range of colours) and the lid on the tin can be removed and just fits easily back on which is very handy because you can then use the inside of the lid to put pencils in as you swap and change colours. A great product in my opinion :)

始め別のメーカーのものを買いましたがうまく使えず購入しました。やはりステッドラー、発色も良く使いやすいです。

Comprei apenas para usar nas aulas da faculdade, e acabei usando muito pouco. É importante avaliar a sua necessidade antes de escolher, comprei de 36 cores mas o de 24 já seria suficiente.
