I had been using the disposable, cheap ones for so long until I found this one. It provides a great barrier of protection for what I inhale. The bottom comes under the chin a bit and rests snugly so nothing comes up through the bottom either. You can tighten or loosen depending on your preference too. I do live edge slabs in my garage, so not only was this great for keeping sawdust out of my airways, it also kept me warm and not hot.
