Any chance of arriving on time!!
I’ve been using November Polyphenols Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for about six months now and I’m genuinely impressed. I originally started taking it because someone recommended high-polyphenol olive oil for joint health. Every morning I take two tablespoons with a little ginger and turmeric, and the difference in my knees has been remarkable. Before this, my knee used to feel stiff and uncomfortable, especially after being on my feet a lot. Since taking this oil consistently, my knee feels amazing – far less stiffness and much easier movement. The oil itself tastes fresh and strong (you can tell it’s high quality), and knowing it’s early harvest, organic and high in polyphenols gives me confidence that I’m getting the real health benefits. If you’re looking for a natural way to support joint health and reduce inflammation, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try. It’s become part of my morning routine and I won’t be stopping anytime soon.

Excellent Polyphenol Count for the Price (A Good Blueprint Alternative)
This is a 5-star product for me. I bought it specifically as a more cost-effective alternative to the Blueprint protocol's recommended oil, and its polyphenol stats are great for the price. Pros: High Polyphenol Count: This is the main reason I bought it. It has a great polyphenol-to-price ratio compared to other high-end oils on the UK market. Strong, Peppery Taste: You can taste the quality. It has that distinct, peppery "bite" at the back of the throat that you expect from a high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil. Cons: Difficult Spout (at the end): The spout design makes it challenging to dispense the oil when you get to the bottom 20% of the bottle. I found that giving the bottle a good spin helps get the oil flowing again, but it's a slight annoyance. My Experience: I was looking for an oil with a high polyphenol count to follow a health protocol (similar to Bryan Johnson's Blueprint) and originally started by taking two tablespoons a day. This oil fits the criteria perfectly, and I've now started incorporating it more into my meals. Given its quality, I try not to overheat it to preserve its effectiveness, so I mostly use it as a finishing oil, drizzling it on food after cooking. The strong, peppery taste confirms the high-polyphenol content. The only issue I've run into is the spout design, which is a bit of a challenge when the bottle is running low, but my workaround of spinning it seems to fix the problem. Final Take (Who is this for?): If you are specifically looking for a high-polyphenol olive oil and are tracking your metrics (like in the Blueprint protocol), this is probably the best value on the UK market I've found. If you're just looking for a standard cooking oil, this is likely overkill.

Great quality
Great taste, and high polyphenols as it has a good burn on the back of the throat. Great over salads etc.

Not as peppery as expected!
Great quality and flavour, but not as peppery as I was expecting. I will have to try other examples of lab certified very high polyphenol olive oils to be objective but it definitely has a distinctive flavour compared with the best quality oil I was able to find at a typical supermarket.

High Polyphenol EVOO. Recommended
Probably the best EVOO you can purchase on amazon. In the high optimal range for Polyphenols. Decent price. Tastes pretty great for both food and just straight up supplementation. I will be purchasing again. Do yourself a favour and pick this brand.

Quality product
I am no expert in Olive Oil and only take it as a supplement for its high phenolic content. However, I can vouch for the product's quality (very smooth with a slightly spicy aftertaste, which I quite like) and for its effect on my joint pain, which has noticeably decreased.
