Q: How do you transition to sippy cups if baby still uses slow flow? Will they gulp too fast and spit up more, do they just eventually get used to it?

So I was worried about this too and I actually put some water in the cup and drank from it myself. And it is a slow flow cup. Hard to pull out liquid even for an adult.

Q: Can this be used for a mix of beauty milk and rice cereal?
