**Q: Do you need the MFT table?**
A: No,  I use it without the table.  John Clark, Clark Fine Furniture

**Q: Will this allow me to square up my MFT table easily and accurately?**
A: This is for your guide rails. It has nothing to do with squaring up your MFT table. YouTube has some great videos on how to do that. I would recommend this kit for your guide rails though, definitely expands their capabilities.

**Q: Does a makita track work for this also**
A: yes they use the same type of track, although the makita rib is about 1mil difference in width compared to festool's track, its a quick adjustment with the thumb wheels to get a makita product to work on a festool rail
