I was rubbing it in so long that I thought it was supposed to be applied while dry.** A: Body butter should be applied on dry skin. Massage onto skin and allow to sink in before dressing. Shea body butter is one of our best moisturizers, it takes a bit longer to sink in! **Q: Mine is not creamy. Kind of hard. Need to get out with spoon. Is something wrong.** A: Yes it should be creamy but the original formula was so good the only lotion I'd use. I'm pissed I gave away two of them because they changed it and it SUCKS NOW. Scent changed, benefits changed, moisturizing quality surpassed 100% and is 5% now. I'm so annoyed they should have mentioned it was different. I thought they changed packaging at first. My hands are so dry and it's not even winter the original formula healed my cracked fingers and chapped lips (in winter) I gave away so many of these lotions and i am crying over it.
