I would have liked to give this hose a 5 star rating and on first appearance thought this should be the case. It is well constructed, sturdier than some with good and well put together end fittings. This tends to be a weakness with some other hoses. The result is a hose that is a little heavier, doesn't slide around the garden as easy as I hoped. You need to be cautious of snagging. It works best if you carry it part of the full distance needed then lay it back and fit it to the garden tap. Turn on the tap and watch it expand to where you need it. It then works just fine. With constant daily use I will be interested to see if it wears as well as I think it should. Switch off the tap just before finishing and continue spraying plants until the hose is empty and hang the hose tidily away for next time.

really happy with this product, its robust and really stretches out when needed. it came with various metal fittings, i would not say they are made from brass but are probably brass coated or something. i have a plastic tap head and the metal fitting keeps falling off, you need to tighten it constantly but i plan on replacing the tap head with a metal one and see if that makes a difference. if you tighten it enough it will stay on, but unfortunately the more you move or pull it about it loosens and falls off. so not great on plastic taps so be warned. beyond that I'm very happy with the hose, first evening out i was testing the length of it, i took a chance and went across the road to water some plants and a car came, i couldn't gather it up in time and the car drove over it, and to my surprise there was no damage. the nozzle has a load of different spray settings, some are pointless and others just try and soak you rather than anything else, but there are probably 4 settings that i find useful. i hooked it up to my Karcher power washer and it operated fine, so no worries there. overall i'm quite happy with the product, i have to knock off a star for it not being really compatible with a plastic tap head, if it works ok with a metal tap head then i would happily give this a 5 star rating. Unfortunately I had to update this review and knock another 2 stars of this product, overall the hose itself is great but the brass connectors are beyond useless.. at this point they just won't stay on my tap.. I cannot use this product anymore until I purchase a metal tap head.. I will update further when I do.. but for now, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A PLASTIC TAP HEAD.. Feb 2021. Further update, I managed to sort the brass head issue by getting a brass spout for my tap, however now the hose spray nozzle attachment has failed.. water is just coming out of every side of it now, when you twist it to select a different spray setting, it just sprays out from all angles.. I took it apart to see what was the problem and couldn't see anything broken, it may be a washer or something but I don't know.. so I have to say, over time, this product becomes absoulely worthless.. everything has failed on it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Better than expected, hose is really strong which is unusual even when spending triple what this cost. Hose gun is very comfortable to use. Comes with storage bag or hook. Expansion length is accurate, and no issues with water pressure when fully expanded

This is a review at just over 2 years post purchase. Worked well out of the box. At 18 months the plastic hand spray split so I purchased a brass one. At just over 2 years the hose failed where it attaches to the fitting at the tap end. No visible damage but it sprayed out everywhere. I’ve had several of these types of hoses and this appears fairly average in life expectancy. I like to think that I am a pretty careful user of it. I’ll buy another as their ease of use and storage is great and just about outweighs their limited life span.

Acheté l'année passée . Nous l'avions bien stocké pendant l'hiver. Nous venons de le réinstaller et malheureusement nous avons constaté une fuite. Dommage, il nous convenait très bien.
