Easy to apply to seal countertops.
Good product for sealing granet. A little goes a long way. Easy to use and good instructions on product. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Great product!
Was recommended by a family member to use for resealing my countertops especially in the kitchen. She suggested doing this every 3 years to protect your stone countertops from damage. It was very easy to apply. I bought a grout sponge to spread it with. At first I was very disappointed in spending $40 for a pint of sealer. But after doing the island, 3 smaller countertops, master bath sink and guest bath sink I could barely tell I had used any of the product.

I’m Happy!
Don’t let the small container fool you. It’s supposed to be good for 40 sq feet. I sealed my stone shower floor 2x and still had about a third of the sealer left over. (Bathroom is probably 30sq feet). Not shiny, but water beads up when the shower is used. I’m very happy with it. I plan to reseal in about a year.

Good Sealer
Had to seal shower grout. This worked really well with a sponge brush. Only needed one coating. A smaller sized container would be nice because we didn't even use a quarter of it. Water just beads off the grout now. Smell is super strong so wear a mask as well as use in a well ventilated area.

Expensive but so worth it. Recommend!
Used this last year to seal my newly repaired/grouted front porch tile (the grout had degraded so badly and moisture degraded mortar underneath causing the edge tile to fall on the ground!). This brand was recommended by my tiling guys. I ordered more and resealed this week. Easy to use. Cleaned porch, then after assuring no rain in forecast for 24 hrs, the next day I rolled on the sealer with paint roller on long handle, let it set 5 min, wiped off with a towel wrapped/duct taped around my swiffer mop. Also sealed my brick front steps. Almost used a whole bottle (they are small bottles). Recommend.

Tile installer recommended
Used and recommended by the tile installer. I reapply it to keep grout nice.

Pricy !
Applied on new shower floor, does not add any gloss. If floor does not turn yellowish, I’m happy with it. Prick comparing to much larger sizes on other brands.

Plenty to do my master bathroom twice and I still have some left.
