Poorly packaged
The method it was packed was not safely done and has damaged the beautiful product. No bubble wrap or anything that could have saved the fragile item. It feels like buying a phone/car and was presented to you with a scratch and a dent.

I purchased this guitar understanding it is a low cost guitar but it arrived with major blemishes in the finish that looked like it had been smacked buy something. The box it came in was in perfect condition. I found it in acceptable to let a major flaw like that to get to the customer. I shipped it back immediately and Amazon was prompt returning my money.
