When you pour it into a bowl, it sort of smells like Apple Cinnamon. But when you eat it, I can taste nothing but the artificial sweetener. It is so strong it makes my tongue tingle. If you have had diet soda and tasted the sweetener aftertaste, you know exactly what this tastes like.

Very good substitute over oatmeal. Great protein source and good amount of fiber

This product is really good and doesn't raise my blood sugar. I did give it a 5 star, because the cereal itself is good. On the other hand, I tried ordering 2 of these to save on shipping and the company won't let me do that. They charge shipping on each item ordered. Most all companies on Amazon split cost and box together to save shipping fees. The shipping cost on this cereal is not worth ordering it at all if you can get something similar close to or where you live. I can't get anything like this here where I live, and sadly to say the shipping makes the total price compared to amount of product I get (10 servings per bag, 1/2 cup per serving) not something I probably won't re order again.

I bought this high fiber, low carb cereal to assist me to stay on a low carb diet. The cereal tasted like chemicals and I had to spit it out-yes, it was that bad! I would not advise anyone else to waste their money!

with the cold weather being non-stop this year i have been craving hot cereal but can't have the carbs. this is a great alternative. it is taking me some time to get the consistency i want but it is flavorful. it is the texture of cream of wheat - small grains. I add some unsweetened preserves and a little cream and it is good to go.on a packaging note - would be nice if amazon had not put their label over the directions on how to prepare - which is why it is taking me a few tries to get the consistency right.Thanks for this product Sensato - I will be trying other items of this brand.

I eat a lot of sugar free and low carb food products and while most are an aquired taste this product is absolutely horrid. It smells and tastes like a blend of furniture polish and an old ladies perfume.

I like to eat this cereal because I'm a low carber and this is high protein/low carb. This is not for everyone! My hubby had to fix this for me while I was recovering from surgery and he absolutely hated the smell, look, and texture of it.If you are a serious low carb eater, and like the cinnamon flavor, this is a great alternative to oatmeal for you!

It was AWFULTasted like sandpaper!Be careful I had to throw up after just one spoonful ( I even added fruit and honey and syrup to it. Even worse!) 😡🤬
