Viable Product That Gets the Job Done. Positive ROI on this Purchase.
I'm giving 5 stars because so far this product has had a positive ROI for me. Yes, it's not made with the same level of craftsmanship as a Swiss watch. But it works. I have reduced my labeling times by 300%. I used to spend 4-5 hours labeling one production run of my product. Now I spend less than 1 hr. Like others have said, you have to watch the video, figure the product out, and spend time setting it up correctly. Measure twice, cut once as they say! Mine came with two Guides - a new feature. These guides help keep everything straight. I have use the machine both with and without the guides and found the guides make a huge difference. I can see how some people might have been frustrated in the past, had they not had the benefit of the guides. For those people I would suggest contacting Easy Labeler about getting some guides. They really make a difference. $400 well spent. I have saved almost 100 hours of time since purchasing this product. Give it a chance!

Good Inexpensive Machine
Plan on spending a few minutes watching the video just to figure out how to set up. Be mindful of keeping everything parallel if you want to get your labels on straight. I had a problem with the paper backing ripping at first and this was because the front bottle roller bar was slightly askew. Once everything was lined up it worked flawlessly. Suggestions would be to include a blow-up picture of the whole thing, a few more helpful hints (such as making sure the front roller bar is parallel), and it would be nice to rig up the back roller with a crank handle so you could so you could easily roll up labels that are coming out of a zebra-type printer. All in all, it works fine for any small run productions.

exceeded my expectations!!
This is a great little machine!! When I read some of the other reviews before buying it made my skeptical, But because it offered 30 days money back I gave it a try, Not a Single label was lost on this machine! You gotta watch the video to know how to work it, very easy if you follow the instructions, this baby can do 1000 bottles an hour with no problems, I gave it 5 stars because it exceeded my expectations!!

Absolute piece of junk
Absolute piece of junk. My employees HATE it -- hand labeling is faster because nothing ever lines up. We called the owner to get instructions and was useless. Wasted so much money and then labels when it screwed up over and over again. I don't even want to resell it because I think it's unfair to the next person.

Works great
Bought this for my son who recently started his own pickling business. He needed something to put labels on his jars that would be faster than doing it by hand. Especially because recently a retail grocery chain has put a BIG purchase order in. for a It has worked well for him. It's not made like a industrial piece of equipment but it does do the trick

Good Product.
Easy setup. Good for small projects of less than 500 bottles.

Rickety construction
Bought this a few years ago and stopped using it after a few months. Was fine in the beginning, but due to poor build quality it starts to become fussy and difficult to keep everything straight. Forever tightening bolts and adjusting rolls. I'm overseas so shipping back wasn't feasible. Not a good experience.
