Long lasting smell
I love the smell of Paris perfume. I've been wearing it for decades. It's a floral, subtle, and everlasting smell. I do recommend it.

My one and only favorite perfume -- light and slightly floral --be transported to gay PARIS!
I've been wearing Paris for 37 years and buying a lot to stock up in case YSL ever discontinues. I wanted to have a light lovely scent my then babies would always recognize as me, and they do! The moment I walk into a room, they know I'm there without even seeing me though I wear only a light spritz. Even my dog, of course he does, knows when I'm home and can sniff me out easily. This scent is floral and not overpowering and not at all cloying. LOVE LOVE it and the city Paris too! I don't even know anyone else who uses this so it is also unique. Well worth trying -- often easy to do in airport duty free shops or large department stores or Sephoras etc...

Best Designer Perfume
As expected. Used it since 1983. It is my signature scent. Absolutely love the rose/ Violet aroma. THE ONLY SCENT THAT STICKS WITH ME and that is no exaggeration. Everyone asks me WHAT I am wearing. I am 70 now. I've used if forever. I hope I have a good 20 years left to wear it. Also...BEST PRICE ON THE WEB!

Light Spring like scent - not strong at all. Love it!!
Light breezy scent, I absolutely love this Eau De Toilette spray, much better than the perfume. Perfume is a stronger scent, and I believe that it is different smell all together.

I am revisiting vintage perfumes I was too young to wear or appreciate at the time, this one is one of them. Launch in 1983 as a tribute by YSL to the Parisiennes who are elegant, romantic, vivacious, iconic, simple and charming. This is a gorgeous light woody-floral, bergamot, violet, rose perfume. Wearing this feels so naturally feminine and romantic. Paris is vintage yet modern, not the typical sweet gourmand, but classy and chic scent of a real Paris woman. The bottle is heavy gorgeous cut crystal bottle with a pink and black cap. Everything about this perfume radiates elegance. Top Notes: Rose, Mimosa, Hyacinth, Geranium, Green Notes, Orange Blossom, Naturtium, Hawthorn, Cassia , Bergamot. Heart Notes: Rose, Violet, Lily, Lime Blossom, Ylang Ylang, Lily of the Valley, Jasmine, Orris Root. Base Notes: Iris, Musk, Heliotrope, Sandalwood, Oakmoss, Amber, Cedar.

A couple of years ago, I thought YSL stopped making this fragrance and I was so bummed. I was happy to see that it is now available. However, it doesn't smell exactly as I remember it. But it is still really good.
