Cold Steel C-Clip Small (Pack of 2), Black

These belt clips are the most versatile and adjustable of any I could find. (It sure would be nice if the industry could standardize the spacing of holes on the edges of Kydex knife sheaths.) I’m thankful for the adjustability. But keep in mind that you will be juggling a screw, a washer, a spacer, a ‘nut,’ the sheath, and the clip. You’ll need three hands, two small screwdrivers (magnetized is great), good lighting, and your neighbor Larry’s extra hand as well to hold everything in place while you get the threads started. But I now have a sturdy horizontally mounted small knife at my waist. I’m trying that out some days instead of a folding knife for everyday use. One of the main reasons I got this was that I can slip the sheath on and off of my belt between the belt loops without threading the whole thing onto the belt ahead of time. Works great!

Great multi-fit kit really for any small kydex type sheath!

I have owned dozens of knives with a variety of different belt clips. The Spyderco G clip is one of my favorite solutions. I had another sheath that needed a clip, so I purchased these Cold Steel clips knowing little about them because they are a fraction of the cost of the Spyderco (I could currently get 4 of these and have a few dollars spare change for the price of 1 Spyderco). When they arrived, I was quite pleased with the clips themselves. The spacing of the slits allows for versatile mounting and the clips seem to have a decent tension and are sized nicely for smaller sheaths. I'm happy with them. However, the mounting hardware that came with the sheaths was sub-par. Again, I have owned many sheaths with hardware as points of comparison, and the Chicago screws and spacers shipping with these Cold Steel clips is the worst I have seen. The diameter of the screws and screw heads make this way less sturdy. I swapped out the hardware for some other Chicago screws I had on hand and the results were much better. I definitely recommend these clips if you have other hardware laying around. If not, then my recommendation is a bit less enthusiastic. I'll note that I did not buy this for a Cold Sheath, so perhaps the smaller and less sturdy hardware is a compatibility choice for certain small Cold Steel models.

Pretty disappointed with this product and its application on the cold steel double agent. I am using the small version as indicated in the description of the product before purchase. Application of pressure to secure the screws at the top/entry point of the scabbard, if tight enough to hold the screws together, keep the knife blade from separating from the scabbard. I am not quite sure exactly how this is intended otherwise but I followed the cold steel YouTube video for installation. For $5 returning this product is a waste of gas to the post office. I hope I can find some other use for it or figure out a better application to the double agent. Very small screws (Chicago screws I believe they’re called) and a small opening in which to work exacerbate the process. As a neck knife The double agent is a little large, but it’s blade holster has grommet holes which can be used to attach it to gear including plate carriers or bags with MOLLE straps and paracord. Admittedly I am not a mechanical or coordinated person manually but this is as simple as it gets and doesn’t seem to work very well for me. Knowing what I know now I would not buy it again. Works perfectly for smaller fixed blade cold steel knives

One of the clips broke while installing and the install was so troublesome I decided to continue to use it despite it being cracked. Another clip was provided but not enough hardware to use the second. Cold steel should design their knife sheaths with a clip, or make something with an easier install process. Overall, great knife okay sheath, unsatisfactory clip.

Have a Cold Steel Mini Leatherneck Fixed Blade and didn't come with a sheath clip. Bought these...installed easily and on my belt right now...solid clip for belt carry. Prompt delivery.

Very durable and easy to install. Feels sturdy and comfortable when in use. Not sure why some reviews state that it broke on them or didn't fit correctly. I will chalk those up to user error and not the quality of these clips.
