I make and sell jewelry online, and product photography is one of the most important factors in making a sale. Natural lighting works best (outdoor lighting)however, sometimes I want a crisp, clear studio look and this light tent does the job. The size is perfect for my needs. It distributes light evenly and I am very pleased with the outcome.THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to consider is getting proper lighting in conjunction with the tent. I was using some high watt lamps and I was getting photographs that were mediocre at best.You may also use the tent outdoors to eliminate greenish or blue tones that may be reflected onto your subject.The light tent comes with different colored backdrops but I prefer the black and white ones, which desperately need to be ironed.What I love about this product is ease of use. It's small, compact, easy to store,comes with a protective case,it's perfect for my needs, one whole side comes off if you want it to, and it was priced very fairly.Highly recommend.Thanks for reading. I needed a small, translucent table top studio for taking pics of jewelry and art. This one is perfect. You don't have to build it - it pops up. It's a little more translucent, so lets in a bit more light than our larger table top studio - good since i wanted to use our smaller lights or take it outside and let the sun illuminate our pics.The backdrops attach with velcro very easily, light is nicely diffused. Very useful, light and it's small enough that I don't have to fold it back up after each use. There's a slit if you want to keep it totally closed or you can shoot with one wall down. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a smaller table top soft box that will fit almost anywhere.
