This product definitely helps with those bothersome restroom issues and helps with getting things to move and do what it suppose to do!!! The only problem I had is the taste of the tablets on my tongue, very bitter and unpleasant! They seem to need some type of coating on the tablets in order to camouflage the taste, maybe that will help? I try to swallow it quickly so I don't have that bad taste in my mouth! It will not deter me from taking them for now because they seem to work better than a lot of natural products I've tried, (hint: you may need to take more than one tablet as indicated on the dosage amount). The only other all natural product I take that works pretty good for me as well is Turkey Rhubarb, kind of hard to find though, but I can normally find them at Swanson.com. Okay... well "Good Luck" hope they work for you too!!

I used their laxative tea and only bought this when I couldn’t find the tea. It is not an adequate replacement at all, it didn’t do anything even taking multiple pills. I hope they start making the tea again, it was one of the only things helping me through liver disease, it worked much better than any medications tried and the quality was OK- I did not notice signs of it being really toxic like many herb sources are. The only substitute I’m finding is to go to a local health store and buy multiple stimulant herbs like senna in powder form to make my own tea mix. It works much better than these pills, but not quite as well as gaias tea did, and it’s less convenient. Please bring back the tea... why ditch something that worked so well?
