Bought this in 2015 for my new loft conversion as the price was very competitive but only installed 2 weeks ago. It is absolutely brilliant. Very quiet and keeps both the loft room and the office/stair space leading up to it beautifully cool. Relatively straightforward to install, cutting two large holes in wall was hard work - but installation 95% possible from inside, only requiring outside access to fit the ducting covers. Will hopefully purchase again when we start work on the extension!
